    Default Header ?

What is eveyone running for headers with a 350 olds? Looking for a set of 1 7/8 that fit good and clears the ac/heater box under the hood.

Your headers will be well below the ac/heater box. Hit up Jegs on line and check them out. I beleave if you want 1 7/8 they may be $$$. If you plan on keeping the car forever Go with GOOOOD headers to start with. HINT: ( Check the mounting flange to the head. If you don't have a good solid flange you won't have a set of headers that won't leak.) I've been running my Hooker Pro/comps for over 7 years and have had a leak.

I ran some cheep ones from Jegs once (worst mistake with regards to leaks and quality), the passengers side had plenty of clearance but I needed to remove the oil filter neck to get it in.
I had to lift the engine a little on the drivers side, I just loosened the engine mount bolt and used a pry bar to tilt the engine a little.

back in the day I ran a cheap set of Blackjack headers in a 79 cutlass with a 75 350 olds. Use good gaskets and prep your header flange to make sure of no interference issues and good head contact, they worked fine for me.. no issues

I heard Lemons headers were really nice, too bad they don't make anything for G-body's w/Olds motors. They only have them for SBC and BBC:
