Are all Canadian built Cutlass supposed to have two instruction stickers on hood or just 442s?

Thanks for the info, this will be very useful. We took the cylinder heads in yesterday to get rebuilt and have the air tubes removed and plugged.

Looks like the engine bay could use a cleaning
Does it move under it's own power now?

Yes it does! The engine sounds great. We ran it on a test stand and broke in the cam before installing it in the car. I need to build the exhaust system from the headers back and get new tires to get it on the road. The engine compartment is a lot cleaner now compared to what it was when the engine came out, but I still have some scrubbing to do. Hit it with some degreaser and a power washer before dropping in the engine.

Hell yeah! Progress! I got delayed on my 442 project as well....glad you kept moving forward no matter the time frame!

Sadly there have been so many of these 'parted out' so I smile every time I see one being restored!

Thanks Fader, it has been a long road to get this far. It is a shame that these cars are under appreciated and disappearing. I will get some more pictures up soon.

    Looks awesome!
I have to ask, what is the decal on the fan shroud on the front?

That is a factory caution decal for the fan. The left side is French and the right is English. It has a clear plastic protective sheet over it. Here is a better view.
