Ok before I break the housing, is there any way to open it up? I want to change the emblem on my lights. I took it apart as far as I could but cant get the lens apart from the back. Looks like its glued together.

Try a heat gun.
I've pryed the emblem out once but I don't recommend it. They are secured in there pretty good and you can crack the lense.Lightning Rods repair service:CLICK HERE
