1981 cutlass lower rocker trim?

That trim was never used, it's actually supposed to be much thinner.
Most brochures from GM show some inaccuracys when presenting the car, one that sticks out is the center dash trim design showing a smaller center vacuum metalized chome square.
Keep in mind artists are makeing these drawings...

1981 Olds Adds if you look at the pic's in the adds you will see that the car had a middle sized chrome strip on it than the thin strip option.Have you ever sean or have a picture with a car with this mid sized chrome stripother than the red car in the 1981 Olds sales brochure?
