Need help Decoding Cowl Tag

I have a '78 Cutlass.. Build date on the door says 9/1977..
Here is a pic of my Cowl Tag.. Trying to decode it, but I'm getting confused with what's what.. lol

If someone can help, would appreciate it.



My car now. Just swapped to these wheels yesterday from the Cragar SS wheels I had..

62D is Camel Tan interior
69L is lower paint
61T is the top paint or in this case vinyl top
09E is trim
