I've seen them around but they are a little rare, I got luck and one came stock on my 84. I also found an aluminum core support and installed an aluminum radiator.

I have a alum radiator support, Alum intake, Fiberglass hood. removed all the a/c and heator core everything I can do and my total weight is 3650 lbs. 2100 lbs on front wheels and 1550 on the rear. I'm running a 9" and I beleave it's heavier then a ten bolt. I found I had add weight To the rear to get a good center of balance on the car for road racing or dragin the car to get the best performance.

I just picked up a alum rad support and I have the alum drums. Whats the alum water pump worth as well as alum rad in weight? savings
