I had the common problem of slow power windows and it was getting to me so I disassemble the motor and regrease it and now it functions perfectly.
It is rather simple to do, there are a few metal tabs on the bottom of the motor, bend those back and slide the plastic casing out it will reviel an armature and brushes. Carefully pull this out and regrease and reassemble and you should have the problem solved.
OR
Replace with aftermarket motors, I have seen these go for sale cheep from time to time.
