I bought this car in October 2011 and am the third owner (according to Auto Check Vehicle History Report and I have the report). The history report lists the car in Indiana until 2010 then it was sold at auction and transferred to IL. Most of the car is original, but there have been some replacements shocks, heater hose, visors, and I added an alarm system. I have also replaced the rims and tires with the rims purchased from Specialty Wheels in Oregon. Rims and tires alone are worth $1,000. The current mileage on the car is 78,600. The car was repainted before I purchased it so I don’t know how long it was repainted. The car has not seen rain or snow and I only clean it with McGuire’s ultimate wash and wax anywhere. The underside is clean. The interior shows some wear and there is a crack in the dash (see picture). The “T” tops work and have the original covers.
The car runs and sounds great and everything works, heat/ac, wipers, radio, power antenna, etc. Car has power windows and locks, also has rear window defogger, original 307 V-8 engine and posi rear wheel drive, A/C has been updated to R134.
