  • Lowering Your Cutlass

I wanted to know the most cost effective or efficient way of lowering my 83 Cutlass V6. I dont wanna go hydraulics or airbags but I also dont want to cut my springs. I wanna keep my stock springs just in case I seel the car and they dont want a slammed lowrider. Anybody have any suggestions?

2" drop spindles and lowering springs are the best way.
You'll also need to get the camber realigned.

I've never used drop spindles before. Will it interfere when I upgrade my suspension to Hydraulic?

Do you mean lowering springs front and rear with the drop spindle ? Or the drop spindle and just rear lowering springs ? I think moog sells the correct wt. rated lowering springs, I read somewhere.
