The chrome around my backup lights is wearing off. Am I correct in assuming that is chrome paint? I'd like to touch mine up. Thoughts?

It's vacuum metalized aluminum just like the dash trim and turn signals I believe.
Look into what model car builders use for bumpers, I believe its Mylar.
