First post on this forum. I am the proud owner of a 1983 3.8L Cutlass Supreme. Problem is... Everything. None of my gauges read correctly, computer is only throwin a 55 code for the 02 sensor. Missfires, CA smog and gross polluter numbers and not having been run in 8 years. The frame has very little knicks or dents in it at all. Problem is all mechanical.

Welcome to the site, there is plenty of information on this site to help and if you need something specifically just ask.
Sounds like you need to replace the O2 sensor, about $20-30 and the distributor cap/rotor/plugs and wires which corrode over time from sitting.Lightning Rods repair service:CLICK HERE

Thank you sir. Replaced everything you posted but the rotor. Rebuilt the carb but pieces were already missing from the choke. Just gonna buy a new one. Barely passed smog.Comment
