Is your car a Canadian car?
I know a bunch had 305 4bbl, should have an H in the VIN instead of a Y or a 9 in the 9th??? digit.
Regardless 350's are great motors and good for everyday driving, 455's can get a little costly as I have been learning. I kind of wish I still had a 350 in my daily driver....

No it's not it originally had a v6 in it, the the motor quit. I told the guy i bought it from and then he got me the chevy engine and installed it. Sometimes its good to buy cars from family.
