Hello From VA

Hello from VA. Im a member of another site, but found this one recently and decided to join up. I have been an Oldsmobile nut for about 30yrs, since highschool. Ive owned about 5, from 1970 to my current car, an '85 Salon. I swapped in a rebuilt, bone stock '70 350/2bbl SBO, 200-4R, electric fan, rebuilt the front suspension, and Im in the process of swapping in a posi rear soon. So far, most of my goals have been met w/this build and its been a 4-5yr project. It still needs paint, but thats gonna be later, when its completely finished. Im happy that I managed to save the car and swap in some real horsepower, but the older motor in a newer car has created several issues, such as the under hood wiring of gauges, etc. I look forward to chatting and gaining some much needed advice from the members of this forum, who I would consider to be the cream of the crop on the topic of Oldsmobiles.

Welcome to the site, lots of info available, just ask.
I have lots of manuals, parts books, diagrams, factory brochures, performance books, etc... and close to 30 years experience with Oldsmobiles if I count the days being a helper
