Hi, all.
I'm Mike Carson, live in East Texas, bought my H/O from the original owner. It's got 24, 000 miles on it. Put in a 73 455 from a Cutlass, and a built 2004R. Always thought a Hurst should have more than 180 HP. I'm not a purist, just an old hotrodder. I did wrap up and store the original engine and trans, one day the car will be up for sale again.
Also have an 84 Cutlass Supreme, V6 auto. Future project. Gonna pull the 3800 SC from my wife's Buick and stick in it. Should be fun.
Numerous other vehicles around. Fastest is a 94 Lightning clone. 433 CI Windsor, AOD, 9in rear with Srange center and axles, Detroit locker. 450 HP @ 4500 RPM, 627 lb.ft. of torque @3200 RPM. Still no times on it, still sorting the rear suspension.
