    very Inspirational....are all 3 of those your cars? I need a new job! I see a 84 H.O. & 2-87' 442s, one with a Hurst Aero Kit? (Jaw Drops) ..... I am still kicking my own ass for not jumping on a 87' 442 that was for sale here in Omaha this year, it had been repainted & the guy didn't repaint the lower color but it was done stock Navy Blue BC/CC....T.Tops, Posi, all stock except for light tint & pa:icon14:int, 65k.......
    I believe he sold it for around $6,000.... I should have lived by that old saying, "easier to ask for forgiveness than permission"

          I wasn't sure, so I put a ? Mark after....I saw the license plate & a previous post on here where he said he bought a car with a Hurst Aero Kit that was missing some pieces....

            thanks guys and its just the hurst olds front thats it but lightning rods 350 rocket with a freddy brown 2800 stalls converter , headers with 3 inch pipes running back to the x to the mufflers. lower front end Car moves I love the 307's stock but just had to have some more power :icon14: and fader not to brag but I do have 2 more 87 442 -one grey in mint cond. 46,000 but repainted in my photo album and I have another blue one with aero kit on it 62,000 on it paint is 8.5 just a little checking but hard top. I am missing the door side panel and the rear wing that goes along with kit. I bought the car not knowing it wasnt a complete kit but still looked good. It was on auto trader about 3 yrs ago. interior looks like it came off assembly line. will post some pics of it soon.my wife thinks im nuts but gooooo oldsssss. thanks guys for the positive feed back

              Are you telling me you have 4-87' 442s or 3 total? either way I am envious! I hear you about the wife... Mine doesn't understand why I want to spend so much of my free time tinkering with my car...maybe I should have found Linda Vaughns daughter to marry! How long have you had your 442s & any interesting stories behind them? If you dont mind sharing...

                yes i own 4 87 442 and one 84 hurst olds and yes we all should have a wife like linda lol. yeah ive driven out to tennassee and michigan and kentucky ,connecticut and a hr away in ny city area. id get really detailed pics of the car and fly out to check them out and drive them back. but i am very picky on the condition and of course price lol but fun times, as a matter of fact im leaving sunday morn to drive 4 hr and check out a 83 hurst. im not gonna disclose the price but lets just say im bringing my car trailer so im hoping it works out. car is really nice and clean but could use some paint so im leaving 3am sunday morn. I hope it works out cause i have plans of a sweet paint job. i wish it was the sand stone interior but its not. Ive been out of work for two months awaiting surgery on my achilles (ouch) so i have allot of time on my hands and that is not good lol. Id like to keep it stock but im also thinking a nice clean 350 rocket would sweeten it up that i have. Time will tell when i get there sunday morning and see what the future holds, i will keep you posted. going up tomorrow morn, 45 min north of me to move the blue 442 with the ground effects cause my buddie needs me to move back 5 feet more in his garage so i will take some pics and try to post them by the afternoon. Rock...

                  That is hardcore! Good luck on the 83, hopefully it is 'as described'....I'm not a doctor but I'm guessing your achilles may be directly linked to 87' 442s...I would opt for surgery over parting with your collection! All joking aside, I have heard that is a painful injury...How much longer are you off?, you might end up with a few more cars...LoL... Have you ever considered buying 85 or 86 442s?

                    yeah they say its a bad injury and a lond recovery and i have a county job and thank god it happend on the job and who knows if im gonna heal correctly to get back or get retired, but to your question about the the other years..... back way ago in high school ive owed a 85 white one(442)...sweat but back then i didnt know how rare they were then after a couple of years i sold that to buy a 87 442 had a mint paint job on that and in a couple of years sold that and now im in my 40's so reliving my youth lol but any way i love showing theses cars off at car shows and these cars are the next up and comming especialy the hurst-83 n 84 so grab them while you can b ut yes with this drive tomorrow it is pushing it for me on how many i have lol only cause of the room ive run out of and of course they are not all on the road. I try to rotate them around each year, rent this garage or that but i have some pics of my ground effects car i took today. The car wasnt cleaned up but what ever
